the South Berwick Rescue Squad? The South Berwick Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to
providing emergency ambulance service to the communities of South Berwick and Rollinsford.
We are not a municipal agency and rely primarily on donations from the towns, and the
fundraising drive to cover our operating expenses.
How do I call
for an ambulance?
Dial 9-1-1. The dispatcher will take down your
information and send an ambulance. Dont hang up the phone until you are told to do
so by the dispatcher!
I need to go to the hospital for tests,
will South Berwick Rescue take me there?
Sorry, our ambulances
are dedicated to providing emergency service only. Consult the phone book for a list of
agencies providing routine transfers.
What towns do you cover?
South Berwick Rescue
provides Emergency Medical Services to the communities of South Berwick, ME and
Rollinsford, NH. We only accept subscriptions from residents of those two towns.
What are your hours?
Emergency ambulance
service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our business office can be reached
Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm. I
